DOT Site Security Application

RCI would like to announce the addition of our DOT Site Security Application to our line up of safety and regulatory products.

Our site security application helps ag-retailers comply with DOTs  HM-232 rules that require all shippers and carriers of hazardous materials to implement a site security plan. These plans must be in place by September 25^th of 2004.
